| How to get a 67% reduction in energy usage. |

A question of starting point.
While we guarantee at least a 30% reduction in your energy bills
when you invest in an Amazing Comfort System, results are
typically much higher. A 67% percent reduction may seem
like a bold claim, but such phenomenal results are not uncommon.
Here's how it works. SEER stands for Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio. Its the governments way of quantifying the energy efficiency of any air conditioner. |

| The
higher the SEER, the greater the efficiency, and the
lower the operating costs. A/C units that are ten years or
older typically are rated from 6 to 10 SEER.
In contrast, our Amazing Comfort Systems can range from 14 to 20 SEER . Hence, these super efficient systems can be two to three times as efficient as a ten year old machine, especially if it is not operating optimally. Consider the case of Bay Area homeowner Rod Etchberger. Due to its advanced age, his old system was functioning well below its original rating, barely achieving an efficiency of 5 SEER. Further, if his old system was like most of them, it was so poorly installed that there was never any hope of achieving the equipment's advertised SEER rating anyway. The SEER rating assumes that the equipment is properly installed. We installed a 14 SEER Amazing Comfort System in his home, and the results were, in his words, "a phenomenal 67% reduction in energy usage". Once we understand the concept of the SEER rating, and given that the new system was three times as efficient as the old system, these results become easy to understand.
