Dear Mr. Moore,

When I wake up in the mornings with frost on my windows, I smile.  When I come home in the afternoons with weather temperatures of 99-degree and walk into my 70-degree house, I say a prayer of thanks for people like Arvelle Moore.

This summer I found myself in a real dilemma.  Recently divorced and needing both an air conditioner and a new roof and funds for neither.  I prayed and prayed about what to do.  At night when I would go to bed it would be 80 degrees in this house.  I wasn't sleeping and and was always a grouch from being hot.  Your crew did an incredible job on installation, no easy task considering this house is around 30 years old and there is no attic access to work with.  The guys were so respectful and clean.  Eric was so thorough and concerned and as the supervisor was involved and efficient.  I just could not be happier with the system, the installation and with my new angel, You.  My kids think you are also an angel, because since I am sleeping cooler I am not quite the grouch I was.

Thank God for people like Arvell Moore who still do business based on trust and respect.  People who still care about their name and the people they serve.
